About the Project
This project was by a client who is an investor that purchased a rundown home and fixed it up into this beautiful mid-century modern home!
It's excellent design and timeless style helped this home go under contract after only 10 days on the market, and $65k over asking! That's crazy, especially in this market!!
For this project, the client remodeled the entire home; Kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry room, living room, and dining area!
The Flooring
The Flooring used in this remodel was our Classic Oak Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring, which they utilized throughout every room.
This darker toned, wood styled flooring is great for bright cabinets, walls, and countertops as it helps calm the room down and emphasize each of the features.
The Countertops
The Countertops that were used were our Wandering Smoke Quartz Countertops, which were used in the kitchen, as well as the bathrooms!
The Wandering Smoke style is an all white countertop with slight marbling throughout, giving it a very luxurious looks without being too busy.
The Cabinets
For the Cabinets, the clients wanted a classic look that would be timeless, so they chose White Shaker Cabinets to use in the bathrooms and the kitchen.
The classic inset look with sleek hardware is a style that's been time tested and beloved for many years. So you don't have to worry about your new kitchen going out of style!
