Flippers Warehouse is proud to offer competitive prices for great quality products. These policies are designed to promote inventory, warehouse and storage safety and to ensure proper customer expectations.

PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY AS IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAIN AN AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE, WHICH REQUIRES THE USE OF ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES, RATHER THAN A JURY OR ANY OTHER COURT PROCEEDING, OR CLASS ACTION OF ANY KIND.
1. Returns and Refunds
Please understand all sales are final. It is the customers responsibility to double check all items on an orders before confirming. Any returns, refunds, or exchanges are up to the discretion of Flippers Warehouse and will include a 30% restocking fee as is standard for wholesale warehouse operations.
2. Storage and Pickup of Purchased Inventory
At Flippers Warehouse, we understand that schedules change and unforeseen issues arise. However, due to the nature of our business, we have to adhere to strict timelines for pickup of purchases. If you are unable to pickup your purchased inventory due to scheduling or other issues, please contact your representative to determine a delivery schedule.
A. Inventory
(1) Unassembled Inventory
All unassembled inventory, including floors, cabinets, countertops, and accessories can be stored for up to fourteen (14) days at no charge, starting at the date of purchase, at a Flippers Warehouse location. This fourteen (14) day period allows purchasers time to make arrangements for pickup or delivery.
After the initial fourteen (14) days, if all or part of the purchased inventory remains onsite at a Flippers Warehouse location, a $50 per day storage fee will apply. Any applicable storage fees must be paid in full before unassembled inventory will be released. Please note that customers with unassembled inventory stored over the initial fourteen (14) days are still required to schedule a date and time for pickup.
(2) Assembled Inventory (Cabinets)
All assembled inventory will be scheduled for pickup at the time of purchase.
As a courtesy, assembled inventory can be stored for up to one (1) day after the agreed upon scheduled pickup date. If assembled inventory is not picked up by 4 p.m. the day after the additional one (1) day of storage, a storage fee of $100.00 will apply. If the assembled inventory is not picked up after a second additional day by 4 p.m., the order will be cancelled and a 30% restocking fee will apply.
Policy example: Scheduled pick up is April 1. Courtesy storage for one day after the agreed upon scheduled pickup date runs through April 2. A storage fee would apply beginning at 4 p.m. on April 2. If the order is not picked up by 4 p.m. on April 3, the order will be cancelled and applicable fees will apply.
Please note that Flippers Warehouse does offer delivery if pickup arrangements cannot be made.
(3) Inventory Verification
Customer is responsible to review and inspect all inventory at the time of pickup. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect and verify the type of inventory purchased, quantity, model number, color, cabinet sizes and models to ensure order accuracy prior to leaving Flippers Warehouse. Any discrepancies between the customer’s inspection and the purchased inventory, as reflected by the purchase order, must be determined prior to leaving the premises and a manager must be notified. By signing the receipt at the time of pickup, without noting any missing or damaged items, the customer’s signature will constitute agreement that the order has been satisfactorily received in full and that it is accurate. Please note that no exceptions will be made once the customer has left the premises with the inventory.
B. Pickup
When customers schedule a pickup at any Flippers Warehouse location, the customer assumes full responsibility for pickup and transportation of inventory. Flippers Warehouse is not responsible for damages occurring to customer vehicles while loading and customer releases Flippers Warehouse from any liability, damages, or claims arising out of customer’s pickup and/or transportation of purchased inventory.
Upon request, Flippers Warehouse can assist with the loading of purchased inventory. While every effort will be taken by Flippers Warehouse employees to load customer vehicles in a safe and conscientious manner, using a forklift or other large equipment when necessary, the customer acknowledges the risk and waives liability against Flippers Warehouse for any damages to the customer’s vehicle during the load process. Flippers Warehouse reserves the right to refuse and/or cease the loading service for any reason.
The customer remains responsible for monitoring the weight and loading of the inventory as it relates to the customer’s vehicle and adherence to safety and transportation standards. The customer is solely responsible for securing merchandise and ensuring it is properly loaded and/or secured prior to leaving the premises. Flippers Warehouse accepts no liability or responsibility for damage to overloaded vehicles, including, but not limited to, damage to tires, axles, or suspension. In addition, Flippers Warehouse accepts no liability or responsibility for damage to vehicles during transportation of the merchandise after leaving the store. This would include any damage to windows, truck beds, tailgates or any other vehicle damage. Customer assumes all of the risks of damage to his/her vehicle and assumes responsibility for transporting this merchandise safely.
3. Delivery of Purchased Inventory
Delivery is available for all purchased inventory and delivery dates and times are discussed at purchase. All orders placed for delivery will require an estimated 5-7 business days for shipping. Flippers Warehouse can only ship to the customer billing address on record. Any deviation from this policy requires written, signed approval by Flippers Warehouse.
All deliveries are made curbside and drivers are not able to enter homes or businesses. The customer must be available to sign for the inventory and be able to move the inventory from the curb or street area to a suitable location. Delivery dates are approximate, and as such, cannot be promised under any circumstance. While Flippers Warehouse strives to provide excellent customer service, issues such as manufacturer times, weather, supply-demand conditions, and replacement shipping for damaged items may delay delivery of an order. Taking this into consideration, it is recommended that customers do not schedule installers until after inventory has been received in its entirety. Flippers Warehouse cannot be held liable for failure to meet scheduled install dates due to delivery.
Customer is responsible to review and inspect all inventory. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect and verify the type of inventory purchased, quantity, model number, color, cabinet sizes and models to ensure order accuracy and note any missing or damaged items, in writing, on the delivery receipt prior to the delivery driver leaving. If there are issues with the delivery, the customer is requested to also contact the sales representative for additional assistance using a copy of the delivery receipt including written notes regarding missing or damaged issues and purchase order number. By signing the receipt, without noting any missing or damaged items,, the customer’s signature will constitute agreement that the order has been satisfactorily received in full and that it is accurate. Please note that no exceptions will be made once the driver has left the delivery premises.
If a customer refuses a shipment, additional charges will apply including return shipping cost and, in certain circumstances, a 30% restocking fee.
4. Kitchen Design Policy
Flippers Warehouse offers kitchen design services for a fee which include one (1) free revision for a total of two (2) designs per order. Additional kitchen designs or revisions will incur a $75 fee per additional revision. Customers are advised to use a professional to properly measure for design or use Flippers Warehouse measuring service to ensure the kitchen is designed accurately and professionally. Flippers Warehouse is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect measurements.
